"I have always gone with State Farm because they are reasonably priced. I was put in a bad situation with this location. I was promised a price over the phone and paid that semi-annual price. Without my knowledge the policy was cancelled because they doubled the rate and didn't inform me. I understand raising the rate because there was a ticket on my record, but to not call and inform me was the issue. I was surprised to find out that I have been riding without insurance for over a month. Since I have been without insurance for more than 30 days that is another problem on my record that now works against me when finding new insurance. Because of the lack of communication, I now have to pay even more. I went to Allstate and with all this working against me now, I still got a more affordable price with Allstate. Do not expect a call when important changes happen with your policy."
